International Women鈥檚 Day - Committee for Gender Equality and Against Discrimination of the National Technical University of Athens
Today, International Women鈥檚 Day, about a week after the devastating train crash in Tempi, the N.T.U.A. Committee for Gender Equality and Against Discrimination stands by all the mothers and fathers who lost their child and all the families who mourn a loved one.
Equal rights and equal opportunities independently of gender, respect for human dignity as well as zero tolerance towards power abuse and violence are values to be cherished by every member of our academic community. We are here to work for a University free of all forms of discrimination, sexual or moral harassment. We, teaching staff, students, researchers, technical and administrative staff, can make the difference together.
