The is an undergraduate student competition annually organized by the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). was held in Orlando (Florida, USA),in the opening of the 鈥� on the 10th of November.

The Chem-E-Car competition concerns the design and construction of a small, shoebox size, carpowered by a chemical energy source that will safely carry a specified load over a given distance and stop.

Greece is represented by the university team that wins the regional, among the other Chemical Engineering Departments,Chem-E-Car competition. was held in Athens as a side event of the 鈥樷�欌赌�.

The 2019 winner of the regional Chem-E-Car competition was the team 鈥�笔辞濒濒耻虫鈥�&苍产蝉辫;of the of the NTUA.This team participated at the final competition in Orlando and achieved the 5th position. The trip expenses of the team were covered by the (SNF).
